Who qualifies

New arrivals, green-card applicants (adjustment of status), citizenship applicants, and families going through reunification — including those under the Indochinese Parole Adjustment Act.

How to apply

Book an appointment with a navigation specialist. We help you understand the process, prepare and translate documents, complete forms, and apply for fee waivers. We are not lawyers — when legal advice is needed, we refer you to a DOJ-accredited organization such as Catholic Charities of Orange County.

What to bring

Bring your passport, green card (if any), any USCIS forms filed, USCIS letters, fee receipts, marriage/birth certificates, and 3 months of bank statements.
