Who qualifies

Anyone needing check-ups, vaccinations, or chronic-disease care who faces language barriers. Vietnamese Americans have high rates of hepatitis B and liver cancer — we prioritize HBV, diabetes, and blood-pressure screening.

How to apply

We help you enroll in Medi-Cal through CalOptima, refer you to a Vietnamese-speaking doctor in our partner network (UCI Health, MemorialCare), and book check-ups, cancer screenings, and vaccinations. Transportation is available if needed.

What to bring

Bring your Medi-Cal or insurance card, medication list, and vaccination record. No insurance? We help you enroll before your visit.
